Positive: Such a beautiful place with a nice pool!
Negative: Our meal at the Grotto Bar was a disappointment especially since we were looking forward to it after a long travel day. It was take out service with a place to sit. None of the tables had been cleared. The bartender was serving by himself including delivering room service. Aside from that, we loved our stay.

Positive: Nice rooms,. It’s very clean and rustic. Hot tub was nice!
Negative: A/C on overdrive. When we turned it down the heat blasted and wouldn’t shut off. Sauna for half of our evening. We did see a big bear on property which was crazy! But we were safe.

Positive: The property was very nice and relaxing! We loved the pool and the setting of the cabins! We loved that our kids could ride bikes around the property
Negative: The beds were not comfortable. Our AC in the room didn’t work well. Don’t buy the breakfast! It’s like free hotel breakfast but they charged a lot. The only food option is salads and pizza or you have to leave the property.

Positive: very charming rooms and estate, staff very cordial and helpful, easy access to leavenworth
Negative: restaurant dinner menu needs some more child menu options, otherwise its $25 for fancy grill cheese for an 8yr old, breakfast for three at the buffet came to $75!
